The origin of wine lies in the soil, from where the different varieties of grapes, which we will later find in the different wines, originate. Each one has its own special characteristics. In the Emina Wine Interpretation Centre (WIC), we are going to start by visiting the garden of varieties, where you will find more than 70 varieties.
