EMINA ATIO
100% tinta del pais (country red wine). This wine ages for 18 months in French Allier semi-toasted oak barrels.
Its colour is dominated by very dark purple tones. Its aroma is very strong and clear and reminds us of very ripe fruit, which goes well with its ageing in French barrels, highlighting the aromas contributed by torrefactos, spices, noble wood and cocoa. In its taste phase it has an extraordinary structure of sweet tannin, an outstanding fruit and a noble wood sensation with a long final and persistent taste. It goes well with duck as well as free-range chicken, lamb and suckling pork. |
