A project like this has to, apart from being integrated into the landscape, have a strong link with the environment. The Emina centre respects and works in favour of nature. |

The Emina WIC has a strong link with the environment and respects the area where it is situated. It has a system which allows the maximum usage of the grape. We produce the wine from the grape. From the grape skin the liquor, and following this phase we are left with the compost, which then goes back to the soil as fertilizer, which concludes the life cycle of the grape.
