A perfect setting to enjoy an innovative range of cuisine, but at the same time, respectful to the Castilian traditions of gastronomy. La Espadaña de San Bernardo has quickly consolidated its position and triumphed in several competitions, as proven by the different prizes that have been won so far.

‘La Espadaña de San Bernardo’, has always maintained the same aim throughout more than 12 years of kitchen experience: to innovate and create new dishes. For this purpose, he has always used traditional products from Castile and Leon.

The menu is wide and varied. The most outstanding dishes in this menu are: black pudding with ham fried breadcrumbs and red chilli; cream of leek and ham noodles; sauté peas with egg and Iberian streaky bacon; prime veal cooked in Emina wine; roasted young lamb; oxtail with veal sweetbreads; sirloin with foie; Pedro Ximenez wine and mushrooms; and duck Magret with stewed sour apples and mango.
