Wine Description:
It comes from tempranillo grapes from our vineyards in Cubillas de Santa Marta. It
is a red wine of great aromatic expression, with significant fruit tones, the result of
a temperature-controlled fermentation.
Tasting Notes:
Visual phase: very dense, clean and bright, with a predominance of crimson
tones with purple highlights around the edges.
On the mouth it is broad, open and very intense, featuring red fruit aromas typical
of the variety such as raspberry and strawberry. Lactic aromas and excellent,
smooth integration of barrel ageing aromas such as vanilla, cocoa and fine
toasted notes.
On nose is meaty, with well-rounded, sweet tannins, fat and silky at the same time,
with a pleasant, lingering finish that recalls the vanilla, toast and roast coffee
notes of new wood.
