Wine Description:
This wine comes from Tempranillo grapes from our vineyards in Cubillas de Santa
Marta. It is a young rose wine of a great aromatic expression, with significant fruit
tones, the result of a temperature-controlled fermentation.
Tasting Notes:
Visual phase: medium bigarreau cherry colour, clean and bright, with purple
highlights.
On the nose it has great aromatic intensity, with a wide range of fruit aromas
(strawberry, peach, pineapple and blackberry), with floral touches of fennel. Very
expressive, with the openness characteristic of Tempranillo.
In the palate it is very well-balanced, with an acidity that adds freshness in
harmony with a full, oily body. Intense retronasal phase that recalls the aromas of
ripe fruits, with a pleasant sensation of volume and a long finish
